DC condos are in high demand. Here are 4 on the market right now

Condos are a popular housing option in the DC market; this is in part because they can be found in almost every neighborhood and at different price points.

  • We have a few new condo owners on our team who say the lower maintenance costs, attractive amenities, and flexibility of price and location have drawn them to condo living.

What is happening: The latest Bright MLS data shows that there was a significant increase in demand for higher priced DC condos during the month of September.

  • Low-cost condos and townhouses saw a smaller increase in demand.

Here’s a look at five condos on the DC area housing market right now.
