GLOBE PLATINUM LIMITED EDITION BACKPACK

Globe Platinum is offering subscribers a limited-edition Mundo Convertible Backpack created by social entrepreneur and President of Rags2Riches, Reese Ruiz.

Handcrafted by local artisans in Metro Manila from recycled woven textiles, indigenous fabrics and locally sourced leather, the backpack doubles as a structured shoulder bag for school or work .

POWER MAC CENTER “IPHONE FOR ALL” CAMPAIGN

Apple reseller Power Mac Center (PMC) has launched its 2022 “iPhone for All” campaign, which offers interest-free, no-downpayments to partner banks, as well as credit card-free options like Home Credit.

Customers can take home the new iPhone 13 (128GB) at P2 187.08 per month for 24 months, valid for select credit cards until December 31, 2022. Those without a credit card can also visit select PMC or The Loop stores nationwide to learn about mortgage financing options.

They also have the option to trade in their old phone of any brand for store credit and use it to upgrade to a new iPhone through its UpTrade program. They can go to a PMC branch or The Loop to have their device assessed, or do it themselves at home. Full guidelines are available on the PMC website.

SHOPEE’S 3.15 CONSUMER DAY

Shopee kicked off the 3.15 Consumer Day sale, its first big event of the year.

The e-commerce platform is offering free shipping with no minimum spend, P1 and 10% daily offers from March 3, and welcomed actress Marian Rivera as its newest brand ambassador.

Customers can take advantage of said offers until March 15. New users can benefit from a 100% discount voucher with a minimum spend of P90 to a maximum discount of P90, as well as free welcome gifts.

ShopeePay offers include 20% cash back with partner merchants such as Potato Corner, Puregold, National Bookstore and The Generics Pharmacy. On March 15, users can enjoy 50% off charging on all networks, up to 100% cash back on paying bills, and a chance to win P100,000 when they send money to any bank or any Shopee account.

The Mega Brands sale through March 15, on the other hand, offers storewide discounts from brands including Pampers, Realme, OPPO, Adidas, Unilever Beauty and Deerma. Shopee Mall will also have hourly price drops on top-selling products.

Shopee also held themed sale days, with the rest of the range including Kids & Babies Day (March 11), Sports & Motor Day (March 12), Shopee Price Day (March 13) and Voucher Day (March 14).

Meanwhile, a special Women’s 3.15 sale will take place on March 15 to celebrate Shopee’s female sellers.

UNIQLO’S 2ND “POKEMON MEETS ARTISTS UT” COLLECTION

Japanese clothing retailer Uniqlo is set to release the second Pokemon Meets Artists UT collection on March 21.

The first collection debuted in August last year. The new offerings will feature unique versions of Pokemon by Magma, an artist duo who have won awards for their distinctive scrap collages.

For the new collection, the duo used helmets, balls, binoculars and stationery, as well as other scrap materials with different textures to represent Pokémon characters such as Pikachu and Magikarp.

Children’s items are inspired by the game screen for designs featuring Turtwig, Chimchar, Tiplup and other Pokémon.

These will be available in all Uniqlo stores nationwide, as well as on the brand’s website.
