This ‘Spanish Mediterranean’ home in Flower Mound sits on two acres

Situated on two acres in a gated community in Flower Mound, this expansive home features multiple outdoor entertaining areas, two guest quarters and a cabana.

The house at 2105 La Rochelle is of “Spanish Mediterranean” design, according to the listing. The house was built in 2017. The main house has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms as listed. The property offers two guest quarters, which have separate entrances from the main house but are connected under the same roofline. Between the main house, guest suites and cabana, the property offers 10,257 square feet of air-conditioned space, the listing agent confirmed. The property offers a total of six bedrooms, six bathrooms and two shower rooms.

Listing agent Ashley Rupp with Allie Beth Allman & Associates said the house has a single entrance. You enter the house through a covered walkway which has the front doors on one side and access to an outside courtyard near the guest suites at the end of the walkway.

“It makes you feel like you’re in Europe or Mexico,” Rupp said. “You walk into this hallway and you can walk into the house. It’s very graceful like that.

Adjacent to the foyer, the home’s dining room has a vaulted ceiling and tall windows. A small staircase leads to a library or home office and another staircase that leads to the upper level. The main living room of the house is a large space with a high ceiling and a fireplace. The kitchen is located nearby, connected to the space by a large archway. Between the kitchen and the breakfast room there is a counter space with seating. The breakfast room has enough space for a table and also has fitted wardrobes with office space.

Rupp said the majority of the house lives on one level. The master suite offers a view of the expansive backyard and access to the outdoor patio. The main bathroom has two sinks, a separate tub and shower and two walk-in closets.

She noted that the configuration of the two guest quarters is ideal for families hosting visitors as it separates them from the main house.

Outside, the house has several entertaining areas, including a covered dining room and living room with a fireplace, a swimming pool, a courtyard, a grilling area, another covered living area with a fireplace and a separate cabana. . Inside the shack, there is a lounge and a large bar, which Rupp says resembles that of a restaurant or resort due to its size.

The home is listed for $6,350,000.
